Personal data protection

The Controller, i.e. the entity which determines the objectives and means of personal data processing, is Zakład Wyrobów Metalowych STRUMET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Strumień at ul. Księdza Londzina 61.

Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. collects data only from data subjects.

The personal data of job applicants and employees are processed in order to recruit employees and perform a contract of employment on the basis of the Labour Code.
Personal data of contractors (suppliers and customers) is processed for the purpose of performing contracts and fulfilling legal obligations related to accounting and taxes.

The area of Z. W. M. STRUMET Sp. z o.o. is covered by video monitoring, on the basis of a legitimate interest, which is to ensure the safety of employees and persons staying on the premises, the protection of property, production control and to maintain information security.
Personal data processed by Z.W.M. STRUMET may be transferred to processors.

The personal data of job applicants shall be stored until the end of the recruitment process, but not longer than 3 months. In accordance with applicable law, employee data shall be stored for a period of 50 years.
The personal data of contractors shall be stored for a period of 5 years, which is related to the requirements of tax regulations. Records from the monitoring shall be deleted no later than 6 weeks after the recording.

As the data subject you have the right to request the Controller:

  • to provide access your personal data;
  • to rectify your personal data;
  • to erase your personal data;
  • to restrict the processing;
  • to cease the processing of data on the basis of an objection lodged;
  • to transfer your personal data.

The exercise of these rights is limited by the rules that provide the legal basis for the processing.

The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority which is: Data Protection Office, address: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

The provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract and a statutory requirement for the issuance of an invoice. A refusal to provide personal data will result in a refusal to provide the service.

Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. does not use automated decision making (including profiling).

Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. has implemented the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The System was positively assessed by a body accredited by ENX TISAX. Physical and IT measures of the System ensure high protection of personal data.

Using the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and then the “Privacy” tab. This tab contains extensive options regarding cookies.
