The administrator, i.e. the entity determining the purposes and methods of personal data processing, is Zakład Wyrobów Metalowych STRUMET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Strumień at Księdza Londzina 61 Street.
The Data Protection Officer appointed by the Administrator is available at the telephone number +48 33 854 67 16 every day from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, except on public holidays. Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. collects data only from data subjects.
Personal data of persons applying for employment and employees are processed in order to recruit employees and perform the employment contract under the Labor Code.
Personal data of contractors (suppliers and customers) are processed in order to perform contracts and fulfill legal obligations related to accounting and taxes.
Teren Z. W. M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. is subject to video monitoring, based on the legitimate interest of ensuring the safety of employees and persons staying on the premises of the Plant, property protection, production control and maintaining information security.
Personal data processed by Z.W.M. STRUMET may be transferred to processors.
Personal data of persons applying for employment will be stored until the end of recruitment, but not longer than 3 months. In accordance with applicable law, employee data will be stored for a period of 50 years.
Personal data of contractors will be stored for a period of 5 years, which is related to the requirements of tax regulations. Monitoring records are deleted no later than 6 weeks after registration.
The data subject has the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your personal data,
- removal of your personal data,
- processing restrictions,
- cessation of data processing on the basis of an objection,
- transfer of personal data,
- the exercise of rights is limited by the provisions constituting the legal basis for processing.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is: the Personal Data Protection Office, address: Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract and a statutory requirement related to issuing an invoice. Refusal to provide personal data will result in refusal to provide the service.
Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. does not use automated decision-making (including profiling).
W Z.W.M. STRUMET Sp. z o. o. has implemented an Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The system was positively assessed by an ENX TISAX accredited body. Physical and IT resources of the System ensure high protection of personal data.
