Intended use

Sheet metal-covered containers are mainly used in heavy industry to transport castings, forgings, screws and other metal products. Tightly welded versions are used to transport oily chips. Sheet metal-covered containers are used for transporting scrap metal and various waste materials. They are also used in warehouses, craft workshops, service establishments and construction sites.

Why choose metal containers?

Although the prices of metal containers are higher than the prices of alternative materials such as cardboard or wood, they can be a much more advantageous solution, given their far superior durability. The investment will pay off over many years of trouble-free use, and with metal containers, you can reduce waste from non-durable packaging materials and save many trees. The use of metal containers also means less damage to products during transport and storage. Metal containers will reduce transport costs as they can be safely stacked, and transport vehicles can be used efficiently. After many years of use, they can be recycled without harming the environment, and a significant proportion of funds can be recovered from the sale of scrap – a valuable raw material for steelworks.
