We hereby declare that the products manufactured by us comply with the requirements of the relevant European Union harmonisation legislation, in particular:

• Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the „PPWR”);
• and related legislation, including provisions amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and Directive (EU) 2019/904, as well as repealing Directive 94/62/EC.

In accordance with Article 5(4) of the PPWR, the combined concentration of:

Hiermit erklären wir, dass die von uns hergestellten Produkte die Anforderungen der einschlägigen Harmonisierungsrechtsvorschriften der Europäischen Union erfüllen, insbesondere:

• die Verordnung (EU) 2025/40 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 19. Dezember 2024 (nachfolgend „PPWR“ genannt);
