The chief welder at Strumet is an expert with over 20 years of welding experience, certified by IWE, IWI-C, IWT, IWP, as well as VT, PT, MT, and UT-2. He is responsible for supervising welding processes in accordance with the standard. PN-EN ISO 15086, implementation of new welding technologies and development of team competences.
Thanks to his work, all Strumet welders are certified according to ISO 9606-1 in all welding positions, and the quality of the process is confirmed by the unit tÜv Rheinland.

Zero chemicals in the air - powder coating does not emit any harmful substances - it is the most ecological painting method!
For small and big things - Strumet has both a manual paint shop for large components and an automated line for smaller components.
Painting without a brush or paint - the paint in powder form is electrically attracted to the metal, which creates a very even and durable coating.
No waste - excess powder paint can be recovered and reused, reducing waste and costs.
Hot - after application, the powder is cured in an oven at high temperature, creating a hard, aesthetic and resistant coating.
Extreme durability - powder coatings are resistant to corrosion, scratches, chemicals and weather conditions - perfect for years!

Hot bath - during hot dip galvanizing the steel is immersed
in liquid zinc at a temperature of about 450°C!
Not only outside - galvanization also protects the steel from the inside,
e.g. in pipes or closed profiles.
Long protection - a well-galvanized element can withstand
up to 30 years without corrosion, depending on conditions
environmental.
Environmentally friendly - zinc is a natural metal and
harmless. The entire process does not emit harmful substances,
and zinc can be processed in 100%.
Thick layer - the zinc coating is usually from 50 to over
100 micrometers thick, which is up to 10 times thicker than
galvanic zinc plating.
Self-healing effect - if the zinc coating is locally
damaged, zinc still protects the steel thanks to the so-called protection
cathode.

Forms without complications - instead of expensive metal molds
simple pouring molds made of plastic or aluminum are used.
Temperature resistant - tolerate temperatures well from
-30°C to +80°C - they work well both in frost and heat.
Color, shape, hardness - as you wish! - polyurethane can be
adjust in terms of shape, color and hardness (from 30
up to 90 on the ShA scale).
Polyurethane instead of rubber - increasingly replacing traditional
rubber due to easier processing and better mechanical properties.
Admirable durability - polyurethane elements
polyether are resistant to abrasion, tearing, oils and greases
and UV, and work great in aquatic environments.
Safe transportation - Strumet uses polyurethanes as protective inserts in containers for transporting delicate car parts.
