Containers are used in various industries, as well as in trade, distribution, services, and agriculture. The demands placed on containers by all these users make it difficult to implement universal solutions. Therefore, virtually all the containers we produce are designed
in terms of the individual requirements of a specific client.
Common features of all metal containers include their high durability, forklift-friendly handling, and stackability. Customers can benefit from our extensive experience when selecting the optimal container.

The production process of transport containers

The production process begins with cutting the material. The next step is welding the container structure. Depending on the customer's requirements, we protect the containers or their components against corrosion through powder coating or galvanizing. Finally, final assembly occurs, where the container equipment is installed and labels are applied.

  • 1. Design
    We have our own design office. In addition to the necessary equipment, it is equipped with modern software – CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor and NX Siemens. The office's greatest asset is a team of over a dozen thoroughly educated engineers with extensive knowledge and professional experience.
  • 2. Prototyping
    A crucial stage in every project is the creation of a container prototype. This is handled by our well-equipped tooling department. Highly qualified employees build product prototypes that are used for design verification and validation, field testing, and certification.
  • 3. Preparation of material
    The basic material for the production of containers is steel semi-finished products. – sheet metal, flat and round bars, angles, round and rectangular tubes, etc. Basic cutting, punching, stamping, bending, drilling, and milling operations are performed in the trimming department, equipped with traditional equipment such as saws, sheet metal guillotines, press brakes and eccentric presses, drilling machines, and milling machines. Complex-shaped parts requiring high precision and repeatability are processed in the CNC machining department.
  • 4. CNC machining
    Details with complex shapes and requiring high precision and repeatability of processing are performed in the CNC machinery department. We have four milling machining centers, a gantry milling machine, a tube bending station, four automatic lathes, seven sheet metal laser plotters, four of which utilize fiber technology, three laser pipe and profile cutting machines, and two plasma sheet metal cutting plotters.
  • 5. Welding
    The primary joining technique is welding, performed in a traditional welding shop by fifty qualified welders and at robotic welding stations. Welding work is supervised by the Chief Welding Engineer, and its highest quality has been certified by the Welding Institute and TÜV NORD.
  • 6. Surface protection
    Our products, depending on customer requirements, can be varnished, hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanizedWe have a manually operated, in-cell paint shop for large-scale products and a modern, highly efficient automated painting line. Powder coating ensures durable, high-quality coatings. It is also the most environmentally friendly of all painting techniques. The highest corrosion resistance is provided by a zinc coating applied by hot-dip galvanizing on steel structures. Our hot-dip galvanizing shop is one of the largest in the region, with maximum dimensions of structures that can be galvanized up to 10.2 meters long, 1.4 meters wide, and 2.7 meters high. Electrogalvanizing provides coatings with high aesthetic value, intended primarily for structures not exposed to weather conditions. We apply coatings in a modern automated galvanizing plant, in which structures up to 2.8 meters long, 0.8 meters wide and 1.8 meters high can be covered with zinc.
  • 7. Plastic elements
    Plastic handles, especially those used in automotive applications, are a common fixture in containers. This is one of the reasons we've launched a department specializing in the production of plastic parts using injection molding and polyurethane casting.
  • 8. Assembly
    The production stage is the final assembly of the containers. The work, carried out by versatile employees, involves installing and adjusting container accessories such as movable handles and clamps, ratchet columns, and plastic components. At this stage, the products are equipped with informational and identification plates, stickers, and descriptions according to the customer's specifications. RFID tags are often also installed, enabling remote data capture.
  • 9. Quality control
    The entire production process, from material receipt to finished product release, is overseen by the quality control department. The department employs 23 highly trained controllers who, in addition to basic measurement tools, also have a laboratory at their disposal. measuring devices, equipped with measuring arms and an optical measurement system. We have Factory Production Control certification in accordance with the EN 1090 standard and a welding quality certificate in accordance with the EN ISO 3834 standard.
