Scope of duties:

  • Road, sea and air transport services.
  • Issuing invoices and transport documents.
  • Monthly preparation of reports to the Central Statistical Office.
  • Customer platform support: issuing and entering sales invoices.
  • Delivery notification: by email or on customer platforms.
  • Issuing import and export orders for carriers and forwarders.
  • Checking and processing orders in the system, preparing reports.
  • Transport exchange service.
  • Contact with domestic and foreign clients.
  • Archiving documents.
  • Preparation of reports.
  • Preparation of reports for clients.
  • Verification of transport invoices in terms of content.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English or German at B1 level and communicative knowledge of Polish,
  • knowledge of transport documents (e.g. CMR),
  • experience in a related position,
  • high personal culture, cooperation orientation,
  • minimum secondary education.

Welcome:

  • knowledge of the REKORD program
  • experience in preparing INTRASTAT declarations
