Ania

Ania began working at Strumet as a chemist immediately after graduation. One of her first duties was to launch the laboratory. Ania's responsibilities included ensuring the full supply of raw materials to the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Department and providing customer service. She then became the Galvanizing Department Manager. She was involved in establishing the new department from the very beginning, handling documentation, obtaining required permits, and customer service. As Manager, she was also responsible for starting the process in the Galvanizing Department. After two years, Ania was offered the position of production manager in the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Department, and today she manages a close-knit team of nearly 60 people.

She values her work at Strumet above all for its flexible approach to employees who are parents, which allows them to balance professional responsibilities with family life. It's also important to Ania that the company, by investing in new technologies, provides opportunities for employees to develop their skills.

Rafał

Rafał began his career at Strumet as a production worker in the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Department. His primary responsibilities included molding, demoulding, and operating the galvanizing furnace. While working in this position, he earned the necessary qualifications to operate forklifts and an overhead crane, and importantly, he was able to use his newly acquired skills on the job. He currently works as a Sales and Quality Control Specialist, responsible for customer service, preparing offers, handling complaints, and ensuring the highest level of production quality. In addition to his professional duties, Rafał is an active firefighter with the Volunteer Fire Department. He also shares his fire protection expertise in his work.

What he values most about working at Strumet is the opportunity for development and collaboration with people. He finds the opportunity to participate in training sessions, including those focused on soft skills, particularly important.

Paul

Paweł began his adventure at Strumet with a summer job and... stayed with us for the next 17 years! He began as a pallet assembler. After some time, he was involved in customer visits to handle complaints and conduct tests and adjustments. Over the years, Paweł had the opportunity to try his hand at various departments. Finally, it was time for a leadership position – as a Shift Foreman in the Assembly Department, managing approximately 25 employees, he gained his first experience in team management. After two years, he became a Deputy Shift Manager, and currently, as a Shift Manager in the Assembly Department, he manages the work of his team.

He values working at Strumet primarily for the opportunity to learn, gain experience and good relations with the Management Board.
